Louis Gesbert 71bb67163c Remove explicitely typed operators in tests and examples 
Command used: `sed -i 's/\([-+*/><=]=\?\)[.$@^€$]/\1/g' **/*/*.catala_*`

The overload test, of course, is kept unchanged and ensures that explicit
operators still work.
