Gene Hoffman 57c5e19353 Move to Super Linter 3.9.2 - now lint Black, flake8, mypy (#390) 
* Try Super Linter at 3.9.0 and add linters

* 3.9.1 and set validate all to false

* Back to 3.9.1 and use only true VALIDATE_

* Place superlint in debug mode

* Try fix from 3.9.2

* black source. Start fixing flake8 issues

* Black tests, out of debug

* Black setup.py do to merge conflict
