Add Mastercode SubGHz Protocol (#3187)
* Add Mastercode SubGHz Protocol
* Add 2 valid raw files and cleanup code
* Add tests to the two Raw Files
* Remove extra test & delete comments
* Fixes pulse length and shows correct Key
