Change the default so that defaulting warnings are suppressed.

Now that we only default to unlimited-precision types, this warning
is considerably less useful.

Change the defaulting rules for Literal constraints.
...
Instead of defaulting to `[n]` for some `n`, prefer instead
to default to `Integer` or `Rational` depending on the
other required constraints.

Rename primitive demote to the more self-explanatory name number.
...
The name "demote" is only meaningful to those who already know what
the Cryptol primitive does. Also, due to recent changes in the error
and warning messages, the name "demote" is showing up much more often
in REPL output. For example:
Defaulting type argument 'rep' of 'demote' to [2]
Showing a specific instance of polymorphic result:
* Using 'Integer' for type argument 'rep' of 'Cryptol::demote'
These messages will hopefully be made less confusing to non-experts
if the name "demote" is replaced with "number".

It might be desirable to add some other check for `property` declarations
to make sure that their types are predicates of some arity.

Disabe the utf-8-ident test in a different way

If you use a `.fails` file, then the test suite fails if that test
succeeds, which it does on most platforms.

Note that the test parser.utf-8-ident fails
...
This fails on Windows and we don't really know how to fix it. The fact
that it always fails masks more interesting failures, so I think it's
better to just skip it for now.

Adds more support for UTF-8 in identifiers

Also:
- Improves the `lexical error` message, changing it to `unrecognized
character`, and only displaying the one character that caused the
problem.
- Adds more relevant text when showing a lexical error, which should
address #219
- Switches parser to operate over lazy `Data.Text` rather than `String`
