Effects tutorial fix

Fixed an example description: the type of `treeTagAux` is `BTree a -> { [STATE Int] } Eff (BTree (Int, a))` at the point where it was described as if it is `BTree a -> { [STATE Int] } Eff (Int, BTree a)`.
