Meta: use "better" syntax to set SERENITY_KERNEL_CMDLINE in run.sh :^)

This removes some FIXMEs.

In bash, we could avoid `shift`:
    SERENITY_KERNEL_CMDLINE="${@:2}"

But let's stick to POSIX sh for now.
