677bcea771 ntpquery: Use AK::convert_between_host_and_network_endian
Instead of polluting global namespace with definitions from
libkern/OSByteOrder.h and machine/endian.h on MacOS, just use AK
functions for conversions.

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:
  $ xs=$(ack -l \bDeprecatedString\b\|deprecated_string AK Userland \
    Meta Ports Ladybird Tests Kernel)
  $ perl -pie 's/\bDeprecatedString\b/ByteString/g;
    s/deprecated_string/byte_string/g' $xs
  $ clang-format --style=file -i \
    $(git diff --name-only | grep \.cpp\|\.h)
  $ gn format $(git ls-files '*.gn' '*.gni')

e6cf125535 Utilities: Fix building ntpquery without SO_TIMESTAMP
If SO_TIMESTAMP is unsupported, we won't be able to determine
kernelspace-to-userspace latency. But other than that, things should
still build and work.

(It's a separate question of what "kernelspace-to-userspace latency"
even means on a microkernel system, where the network card drivers, the
network stack, and ntpquery(1) are all running as userspace programs.)

Also, don't fail completely if settting receive timeout fails.

And one case where we previously cast to int, since the extra precision
does not matter.

500044906d LibCore+Everywhere: Remove ArgsParser::add*(char const*&)
This is not guaranteed to always work correctly as ArgsParser deals in
StringViews and might have a non-properly-null-terminated string as a
value. As a bonus, using StringView (and DeprecatedString where
necessary) leads to nicer looking code too :^)

4ed5520e3e ntpquery: Explicitly zero initialize msghdr and fill in fields
Rather than trying to use designated initializers, zero init the
msghdr variable and fill in its fields. This makes sure to zero-init any
padding bytes, and fixes a compilation error on musl-libc based systems.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

a53749bc9d ntpquery: Unveil paths after parsing arguments
This allows running `ntpquery --help` in environments that do not have
the LookupServer service running, e.g. when generating man pages. The
same was done for netstat in commit 7fba413.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

ed46d52252 Everywhere: Use AK/Math.h if applicable
AK's version should see better inlining behaviors, than the LibM one.
We avoid mixed usage for now though.

Also clean up some stale math includes and improper floatingpoint usage.

68f76b9e37 Userland: Change typedef to using directive
Problem:
- `typedef`s are read backwards making it confusing.
- `using` statements can be used in template aliases.
- `using` provides similarity to most other C++ syntax.

- C++ core guidelines say to prefer `using` over `typedef`:
  https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#Rt-using

Solution:
- Switch these where appropriate.

5d180d1f99 Everywhere: Rename ASSERT => VERIFY
(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)

Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.

We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.

2cd07c6212 Kernel+Userland: Remove "dns" pledge promise alias
This was just an alias for "unix" that I added early on back when there
was some belief that we might be compatible with OpenBSD. We're clearly
never going to be compatible with their pledges so just drop the alias.
