a599317624 LibCore: Introduce a C_OBJECT macro. 
This macro goes at the top of every CObject-derived class like so:

class SomeClass : public CObject {
    C_OBJECT(SomeClass)
public:
    ...

At the moment, all it does is create an override for the class_name() getter
but in the future this will be used to automatically insert member functions
into these classes.

72a3f69df7 LibGUI: Get rid of GWindow::should_exit_event_loop_on_close(). 
This behavior and API was extremely counter-intuitive since our default
behavior was for applications to never exit after you close all of their
windows.

Now that we exit the event loop by default when the very last GWindow is
deleted, we don't have to worry about this.

1c0669f010 LibDraw: Introduce (formerly known as SharedGraphics.) 
Instead of LibGUI and WindowServer building their own copies of the drawing
and graphics code, let's it in a separate LibDraw library.

This avoids building the code twice, and will encourage better separation
of concerns. :^)

5e6c1c6912 IRCClient: Open query window immediately when created by the user. 
When handling "/query nick", we now immediately switch to the new query.

f79f3f6b8c IRCClient: Make the channel and query mappings case-insensitive. 
This allows us to send a message to "nickserv" and receive a response from
"NickServ" without getting confused. :^)

ea9340aeca IRCClient: Implement the "part from channel" action. 
Also make sure the action is disabled while we're not in a window that
corresponds to an open channel. :^)

Fixes #277.

315716d193 GUI: Use Win2K-like "warm gray" color instead of the older colder gray. 
Someone suggested this a long time ago and I never got around to it.
So here we go, here's the warm gray! I have to admit I like it better. :^)

Also run it across the whole tree to get everything using the One True Style.
We don't yet run this in an automated fashion as it's a little slow, but
there is a snippet to do so in makeall.sh.

fa232ac180 LibGUI: Remove GModel activations to GAbstractView. 
Now you can hook activation via GAbstractView::on_activation.
The design still isn't quite right, we should eventually move the selection
away from the model somehow.

5eedb22834 Sprinkle use of AK::Vector in various places. 
Some of these are less helpful than others. Avoiding a bunch of mallocs
in the event loop wakeup code is definitely nice.

5e0577a042 Introduce LibCore and move GElapsedTimer => CElapsedTimer. 
I need a layer somewhere between AK (usable both by userspace and kernel)
and LibGUI (usable by userspace except WindowServer.) So here's LibCore.

6d5a54690e LibGUI: Make GSocket connection asynchronous. 
Now connect() will return immediately. Later on, when the socket is actually
connected, it will call GSocket::on_connected from the event loop. :^)

74786f2d5a IRCClient: Use GSplitter in the window layouts. 
This really brings the UI to life in a pleasant way. It's a bit annoying
that you can't initiate a resize by clicking on the shading of a splitter
resizer that actually belongs to the neighboring GFrame, I'm not sure how
to fix that yet but I'll think of something.

Cooperate with the compiler to generate and execute the _init_array list

951377e93e GTableView: Add ability to hide individual columns at view-level. 
Use this in IRCClient to hide the "sender" column in the server message view
since everything in that view comes from the "Server" anyway.
