4e8fd0216b Everywhere: Replace a bundle of dbg with dbgln.
These changes are arbitrarily divided into multiple commits to make it
easier to find potentially introduced bugs with git bisect.

21d5f4ada1 Kernel: Absorb LibBareMetal back into the kernel
This was supposed to be the foundation for some kind of pre-kernel
environment, but nobody is working on it right now, so let's move
everything back into the kernel and remove all the confusion.

47978a5828 Kernel: Add support for vmmouse
We add this feature together with the VMWareBackdoor class.
VMWareBackdoor class is responsible for enabling the vmmouse, and then
controlling it from the PS2 mouse IRQ handler.

94ca55cefd Meta: Add license header to source files
As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a
comment block to the top of every source file.

For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage
everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've
added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in
error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright
holder instead.

Going forward, all new source files should include a license header.

6c4024c04a Kernel: First cut of a sb16 driver
Also add an AudioServer that (right now) doesn't do much.
It tries to open, parse, and play a wav file. In the future, it can do more.

My general thinking here here is that /dev/audio will be "owned" by AudioServer,
and we'll do mixing in software before passing buffers off to the kernel
to play, but we have to start somewhere.

27f699ef0c AK: Rename the common integer typedefs to make it obvious what they are.
These types can be picked up by including <AK/Types.h>:

* u8, u16, u32, u64 (unsigned)
* i8, i16, i32, i64 (signed)

0dc9af5f7e Add clang-format file
Also run it across the whole tree to get everything using the One True Style.
We don't yet run this in an automated fashion as it's a little slow, but
there is a snippet to do so in makeall.sh.

243e1d8462 Kernel: Use rep insw/outsw for IDE transfers.
There are much faster ways to do disk transfers, but I'm not implementing
those today. In the meantime, this is slightly nicer. :^)

731fc5a7c8 Kernel: Much improved BochsVGA (BXVGA) support.
Instead of cowboy-calling the VESA BIOS in the bootloader, find the emulator
VGA adapter by scanning the PCI bus. Then set up the desired video mode by
sending device commands.

9396108034 Import the "gerbert" kernel I worked on earlier this year.
It's a lot crappier than I remembered it. It's gonna need a lot of work.
