64aaf263a2 Kernel/Net: Generate interface name near construction point
This change allows the Kernel to actually construct other interfaces
besides the E1000 type.
This solves a breakage that was introduced recently because of move
semantics.

A couple of points on this patch:
1. In current situation, we can waste time to create a KString and throw
it for nothing. This patch ensures we only create it near construction
point so we know we actually need it.
2. It's very likely to assume that non-x86 machines will expose network
device with a device tree (or with ACPI). The raspberry pi machine is a
good example of that. Therefore, each driver should explicitly ask the
correct interface name generation method, and this patch simplifies this
pattern greatly, especially in a case where the same network device can
appear as a PCI device or as device in another bus type on the same
platform target. For example, the (in)famous ne2000 device can be used
either as a PCI device or as an ISA device, depending on the model.
3. In my opinion, it seems much more readable to construct the name near
calling point of the object constructor than to just pass it with move
semantics.

a411a44fda Kernel/PCI: Cache interrupt line and interrupt pin of a device
This allows us to remove the PCI::get_interrupt_line API function. As a
result, this removes a bunch of not so great patterns that we used to
cache PCI interrupt line in many IRQHandler derived classes instead of
just using interrupt_number method of IRQHandler class.

leverage the cached data from DeviceIdentifier object in many places.

25ea7461a0 Kernel/PCI: Simplify the entire subsystem
A couple of things were changed:
1. Semantic changes - PCI segments are now called PCI domains, to better
match what they are really. It's also the name that Linux gave, and it
seems that Wikipedia also uses this name.
We also remove PCI::ChangeableAddress, because it was used in the past
but now it's no longer being used.
2. There are no WindowedMMIOAccess or MMIOAccess classes anymore, as
they made a bunch of unnecessary complexity. Instead, Windowed access is
removed entirely (this was tested, but never was benchmarked), so we are
left with IO access and memory access options. The memory access option
is essentially mapping the PCI bus (from the chosen PCI domain), to
virtual memory as-is. This means that unless needed, at any time, there
is only one PCI bus being mapped, and this is changed if access to
another PCI bus in the same PCI domain is needed. For now, we don't
support mapping of different PCI buses from different PCI domains at the
same time, because basically it's still a non-issue for most machines
out there.
2. OOM-safety is increased, especially when constructing the Access
object. It means that we pre-allocating any needed resources, and we try
to find PCI domains (if requested to initialize memory access) after we
attempt to construct the Access object, so it's possible to fail at this
point "gracefully".
3. All PCI API functions are now separated into a different header file,
which means only "clients" of the PCI subsystem API will need to include
that header file.
4. Functional changes - we only allow now to enumerate the bus after
a hardware scan. This means that the old method "enumerate_hardware"
is removed, so, when initializing an Access object, the initializing
function must call rescan on it to force it to find devices. This makes
it possible to fail rescan, and also to defer it after construction from
both OOM-safety terms and hotplug capabilities.

75564b4a5f Kernel: Make kernel region allocators return KResultOr<NOP<Region>>
This expands the reach of error propagation greatly throughout the
kernel. Sadly, it also exposes the fact that we're allocating (and
doing other fallible things) in constructors all over the place.

This patch doesn't attempt to address that of course. That's work for
our future selves.

aacb1f0bf4 Kernel: Rename PCI::DeviceController => PCI::Device
Now that the old PCI::Device was removed, we can complete the PCI
changes by making the PCI::DeviceController to be named PCI::Device.

Really the entire purpose and the distinction between the two was about
interrupts, but since this is no longer a problem, just rename it to
simplify things further.

7b9c3439ec Kernel/PCI: Delete PCI::Device in its current form
I created this class a long time ago just to be able to quickly make a
PCI device to also represent an interrupt handler (because PCI devices
have this capability for most devices).
Then after a while I introduced the PCI::DeviceController, which is
really almost the same thing (a PCI device class that has Address member
in it), but is not tied to interrupts so it can have no interrupts, or
spawn interrupt handlers however it wants to seems fit.

However I decided it's time to say goodbye for this class for
a couple of reasons:
1. It made a whole bunch of weird patterns where you had a PCI::Device
and a PCI::DeviceController being used in the topic of implementation,
where originally, they meant to be used mutually exclusively (you
can't and really don't want to use both).
2. We can really make all the classes that inherit from PCI::Device
to inherit from IRQHandler at this point. Later on, when we have MSI
interrupts support, we can go further and untie things even more.
3. It makes it possible to simplify the VirtIO implementation to a great
extent. While this commit almost doesn't change it, future changes
can untangle some complexity in the VirtIO code.

For UHCIController, E1000NetworkAdapter, NE2000NetworkAdapter,
RTL8139NetworkAdapter, RTL8168NetworkAdapter, E1000ENetworkAdapter we
are simply making them to inherit the IRQHandler. This makes some sense,
because the first 3 devices will never support anything besides IRQs.
For the last 2, they might have MSI support, so when we start to utilize
those, we might need to untie these classes from IRQHandler and spawn
IRQHandler(s) or MSIHandler(s) as needed.

The VirtIODevice class is also a case where we currently need to use
both PCI::DeviceController and IRQHandler classes as parents, but it
could also be untied from the latter.

59fdeec7f5 Kernel: Add interface to read link speed and duplex for NetworkAdapter
Read the appropriate registers for RTL8139, RTL8168 and E1000.
For NE2000 just assume 10mbit full duplex as there is no indicator
for it in the pure NE2000 spec. Mock values for loopback.

e49af4bac9 Kernel/E1000: Consolidate RX and TX buffer regions
Allocate all the RX buffers in one big memory region (and same for TX.)
This removes 38 lines from every crash dump (and just seems like a
reasonable idea in general.)

3fae7ca113 Kernel: Clarify and make it easy to not use raw numbers
Let's put the PCI IDs as enums in the PCI namespace so they're free to
pollute that namespace, but it's also more easier to use them.

f820917a76 Everywhere: Use nothrow new with adopt_{ref,own}_if_nonnull
This commit converts naked `new`s to `AK::try_make` and `AK::try_create`
wherever possible. If the called constructor is private, this can not be
done, so we instead now use the standard-defined and compiler-agnostic
`new (nothrow)`.

b91df26d4a Kernel/Interrupts: Return boolean on whether we handled the interrupt
If we are in a shared interrupt handler, the called handlers might
indicate it was not their interrupt, so we should not increment the
call counter of these handlers.

c6480a0426 Kernel/Net: Support Intel 82574 adapter
We call it E1000E, because the layout for these cards is somewhat not
the same like E1000 supported cards.

Also, this card supports advanced features that are not supported on
8254x cards.

1c94b5e8eb Kernel: Introduce the NetworkingManagement singleton
Instead of initializing network adapters in init.cpp, let's move that
logic into a separate class to handle this.
Also, it seems like a good idea to shift responsiblity on enumeration
of network adapters after the boot process, so this singleton will take
care of finding the appropriate network adapter when asked to with an
IPv4 address or interface name.

With this change being merged, we simplify the creation logic of
NetworkAdapter derived classes, so we enumerate the PCI bus only once,
searching for driver candidates when doing so, and we let each driver
to test if it is resposible for the specified PCI device.

8d0280ca09 Kernel/Net: Make interfaces to have persistent names
There's no good reason to distinguish between network interfaces based
on their model. It's probably a good idea to try keep the names more
persistent so scripts written for a specific network interface will be
useable after hotplug event (or after rebooting with new hardware
setup).

cf7df418ed Kernel: Make sure we read all packets
The previous patch already helped with this, however my idea of only
reading a few packets didn't work and we'd still sometimes end up not
receiving any more packets from the E1000 interface.

With this patch applied my NIC seems to receive packets just fine, at
least for now.

addddb4880 Kernel: Make sure the E1000 network adapter keeps receiving packets
Previously the E1000 network adapter would stop receiving further
packets when an RX buffer overrun occurred. This was the case
when connecting the adapter to a real network where enough broadcast
traffic caused the buffer to be full before the kernel had a chance
to clear the RX buffer.

2479ead718 Everywhere: Remove unnecessary clang-format offs
Mostly due to the fact that clang-format allows aligned comments via
AlignTrailingComments.

We could also use raw string literals in inline asm, which clang-format
deals with properly (and would be nicer in a lot of places).

5d180d1f99 Everywhere: Rename ASSERT => VERIFY
(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)

Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.

We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.

ddd79fe2cf Kernel: Add WaitQueue::wait_forever and it use it for all infinite waits.
In preparation for marking BlockingResult [[nodiscard]], there are a few
places that perform infinite waits, which we never observe the result of
the wait. Instead of suppressing them, add an alternate function which
returns void when performing and infinite wait.

09b1b09c19 Kernel: Assert if rounding-up-to-page-size would wrap around to 0
If we try to align a number above 0xfffff000 to the next multiple of
the page size (4 KiB), it would wrap around to 0. This is most likely
never what we want, so let's assert if that happens.

8415866c03 Kernel: Remove user/kernel flags from Region
Now that we no longer need to support the signal trampolines being
user-accessible inside the kernel memory range, we can get rid of the
"kernel" and "user-accessible" flags on Region and simply use the
address of the region to determine whether it's kernel or user.

This also tightens the page table mapping code, since it can now set
user-accessibility based solely on the virtual address of a page.

e6f907a155 AK: Simplify constructors and conversions from nullptr_t
Problem:
- Many constructors are defined as `{}` rather than using the ` =
  default` compiler-provided constructor.
- Some types provide an implicit conversion operator from `nullptr_t`
  instead of requiring the caller to default construct. This violates
  the C++ Core Guidelines suggestion to declare single-argument
  constructors explicit
  (https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#c46-by-default-declare-single-argument-constructors-explicit).

Solution:
- Change default constructors to use the compiler-provided default
  constructor.
- Remove implicit conversion operators from `nullptr_t` and change
  usage to enforce type consistency without conversion.

bbe787a0af Everywhere: Re-format with clang-format-11
Compared to version 10 this fixes a bunch of formatting issues, mostly
around structs/classes with attributes like [[gnu::packed]], and
incorrect insertion of spaces in parameter types ("T &"/"T &&").
I also removed a bunch of // clang-format off/on and FIXME comments that
are no longer relevant - on the other hand it tried to destroy a couple of
neatly formatted comments, so I had to add some as well.

cb2c8f71f4 AK: Remove custom %b format string specifier
This was a non-standard specifier alias for %02x. This patch replaces
all uses of it with new-style formatting functions instead.

72ce4abb99 Kernel/Net: Support all E1000 devices in the spec sheet
Since they're all covered by the same spec sheet, we can expect
the same code to cover most of the devices.

It can't currently differentiate between them, which would be nice to
add for determining what registers we can access.

0316f0627e Kernel/Net: E1000 interrupt rate register is 32-bit, not 16-bit
I looked at the spec sheet and noticed that it's 32-bit, not 16-bit.
This fixes E1000 causing an MMIO fault on VirtualBox.
