Andrew Kaster 4878a18ee7 LibWeb: Remove unecessary dependence on Window from Fetch, XHR, FileAPI
These classes only needed Window to get at its realm. Pass a realm
directly to construct Fetch, XMLHttpRequest and FileAPI classes.
