Jelle Raaijmakers aa3a6767f6 LibGL+LibGPU+LibSoftGPU: Implement blend equations
This implements support for `glBlendEquation` and
`glBlendEquationSeparate`. These functions modify the calculation of the
resulting color in blending mode.
