Jelle Raaijmakers 16dbba3b8f Ports: Force cross compiling for zlib
By setting `--uname=Linux`, we tell `configure` to use the right tools
for cross compilation. Without this on e.g. macOS it would try to use
XCode's `libtool` which would then fail.
