9c0488cd61 Corrected Arabic Stems 
In Bold Deca and Zetta Arabic Master, the stem was 157 units when it
should have been 152 units. This as been corrected.

Modified Named Instances to be Alphabetical for optimal display on
Google Doc Font UI.
Font Name order follows Orders of Magnitude, but with liberty to be
