- adds Ghost-Editor 0.1.6
  - Improves markdown parsing speed
  - Shows toolbar on mouseup now (still freezes on loading unfortunately)
  - Makes Ghost-Editor full height for easy selection
- temporarily pull from a branch that fixes dependency issues
- remove unused module-for-acceptance.js file
