bd60c8089b 🐛 Fixed confusing member count shown in save notification and editor header
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/776

Since switching to using a real NQL filter in the `posts.email_recipient_filter` field where we used to show `free members`, `paid members`, or `all members` we were showing `status:free`, `status:-free`, and `status:free,status:-free` respectively. If labels are used in a filter the text became even longer.

- added a `membersCountCache` service
  - `.count(filter)` fetches a numeric count from the members API, if the filter has been counted in the last minute it returns the count directly from a cache instead to avoid hammering the members API when we show counts in multiple places across the UI
  - `.countString(filter)` fetches a count but returns a humanized string with the logic extracted from what we displayed in the confirm email sending modal
- added a `<GhRecipientFilterCount @filter="" />` component that acts as a wrapper around the async count from `membersCountCache`
- updated confirm email send modal, plus save notification and editor status displays for scheduled posts to use the new service and component

397a1b52f2 Added console log with reason unsaved changes modal is shown in editor
no issue

- output the reason we're showing the unsaved changes modal along with some context to the console
- to share it, right click on the object that is logged to the web inspector console next to the text "showing leave editor modal" and choose "Store as global variable" in the popup menu, then execute `copy(temp1)` (if `temp1` was the variable that was created for you) which will copy a string representation of the object to your clipboard ready for sharing

352c4af1d7 Refactored usage of .get('property') with es5 getters
no issue
- ran [es5-getter-ember-codemod](https://github.com/rondale-sc/es5-getter-ember-codemod)
- [es5 getters RFC](https://github.com/emberjs/rfcs/blob/master/text/0281-es5-getters.md)
- updates the majority of `object.get('property')` with `object.property` with exceptions:
  - `.get('nested.property')` - it's not possible to determine if this is relying on "safe" path chaining for when `nested` doesn't exist
  - `.get('config.x')` and `.get('settings.x')` - both our `config` and `settings` services are proxy objects which do not support es5 getters
- this PR is not exhaustive, there are still a number of places where `.get('service.foo')` and similar could be replaced but it gets us a long way there in a quick and automated fashion

4679302303 Don't destructure Ember.testing (#933)
no issue
- `Ember.testing` is or will soon be a getter/setter in Ember with the value set during a test, however destructuring will read the value when the module is evaluated
- moves all uses of `Ember.testing` inline

6d11515f81 🐛 empty posts shouldn't be publishable (#776)
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/8501

- don't show publish menu for new posts - the publishmenu options don't make much sense for a post that hasn't been saved yet
- show post status as "new" when a post is unsaved rather than "draft"

cb59388c5b 💄🐷 sort-imports eslint rule (#712)
no issue

- adds `eslint-plugin-sort-imports-es6-autofix` dependency
  - implements ESLint's base `sort-imports` rule but has a distinction in that `import {foo} from 'bar';` is considered `multiple` rather than `single`
  - fixes ESLint's autofix behaviour so `eslint --fix` will actually fix the sort order
- updates all unordered import rules by using `eslint --fix`

With the increased number of `import` statements since Ember+ecosystem started moving towards es6 modules I've found it frustrating at times trying to search through randomly ordered import statements. Recently I've been sorting imports manually when I've added new code or touched old code so I thought I'd add an ESLint rule to codify it.

35cf6c9829 new publish menu and date/time picker (#588)
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/8249

- replaces the old split-button publish/schedule/update button with a less confusing menu system
- adds a `{{gh-date-time-picker}}` component that contains a datepicker with separate time input
- replaces the date text input in the post settings menu with `{{gh-date-time-picker}}`
  - disabled when post is scheduled, only way to update a scheduled time is via the publish menu
  - validates date is in the past when draft/published so there's no confusion with scheduling
- displays saving status in top-left of editor screen
- refactor editor (auto)saving processes to use ember-concurrency

Other minor changes:
- adds `post.publishedAtBlog{TZ,Date,Time}` properties to Post model to allow working with `publishedAt` datetime in the selected blog timezone rather than UTC
- adds a `beforeSave` hook to `validation-engine` that is called after successful validation and before the Ember Data save call is made
- adds validation of `publishedAtBlog{Date,Time}` to post validator
- prevent gh-task-button showing last task state on first render
- fixes bug where clicking into and out of the published date input in the PSM without making any changes saves a published date for draft posts
