fixes https://linear.app/tryghost/issue/ENG-642
- When a subscription is in the `canceled` state the corresponding
Member has no access to the Ghost site. The only time a Member will
continue to have access if their subscription is due to cancel at the
period end is if it is still in an active state, which is one of
`active` `trialing` `unpaid` or `past_due`
- When a subscription is canceled immediately (i.e. before the end of
the current billing period), we now render "Ended" without a date,
because we don't store the cancellation date in the subscription object.
We previously used "Ended {current_period_end}" which would sometimes
lead to dates in the future
- Bonus: refactored code and added unit tests

- problem: when using a card with a button (Button, Email CTA, Header,
Product), the Button URL suggestions fail to load for Contributors,
Authors, and Editors
- cause: Contributors, Authors and Editors don’t have permission to
fetch offers, and this causes the entire list of button url suggestions
to break
- solution: if offers fail to fetch for any reason, the rest of the url
suggestions for cards with a button is now still populated (i.e. offers
URLs are ignored)

- the post slug now re-generates based on the post title for draft posts
unless manually set
- updated unit tests to be a bit more comprehensive
It's frequently the case that draft posts might have WIP titles. We
would generate a post slug based on the title and never change it, so
unless writers remembered to come back in to update it for their final
post, it could look off to readers. This should make that a bit more
intelligent.
Going forward, we will change the slug unless we expect it to be a custom slug (user-set in the side panel). If the title is cleared out and saved, we will also reset it. We will only ever automatically generate & change the slug for draft posts.
ref https://linear.app/tryghost/issue/ENG-661
- added a dirty check to ignore the `direction` field from the lexical
object; this is set dynamically and shouldn't be serialized, see
facebook/lexical/issues/4998
- fixed a bug where the modal wouldn't display on leaving the editor if
the post had no revisions (e.g. import); this could result in content
being saved over published content with no user action
- added Sentry logging for the modal
We would sometimes see the "Are you sure?" modal pop up when opening a
post in the editor and attempting to navigate away immediately, without
any changes to the post. This appears to be an issue with the serialized
Lexical data, which would change after loading into the editor,
resulting in the scratch and model's lexical values to differ, making
Admin think the user changed the content.
Ideally we'll see a fix upstream (or fix it ourselves). We may need to
revisit this if we experience other such situations. It's awfully
difficult to be able to set a flag saying 'the editor is done loading',
so this seems to be the best path for the moment.
Testing is difficult because we don't actually load the new Lexical editor into e2e/acceptance tests. I've added a unit test that can at least simulate the editor state changing on editor load.

- Added error handling to Sentry's beforeSend function in both Admin and
Core, so if there is any error in beforeSend, we will still send the
unmodified event to Sentry
- This is in response to an incident yesterday wherein the beforeSend
function threw an error due to an unexpected missing value in the
exception. The event sent to Sentry was the error in the beforeSend
function, and the original error never reached Sentry.
- If the original event had reached Sentry, even if unmodified by the
logic in beforeSend, we could have been alerted to the issue sooner and
more easily identified all affected sites.
- Also added defensive logic to protect for certain values in the
exception passed to beforeSend not existing and added unit tests for the
beforeSend function in admin and core

The `settings` service has been a source of confusion when writing with modern Ember patterns because it's use of the deprecated `ProxyMixin` forced all property access/setting to go via `.get()` and `.set()` whereas the rest of the system has mostly (there are a few other uses of ProxyObjects remaining) eliminated the use of the non-native get/set methods.
- removed use of `ProxyMixin` in the `settings` service by grabbing the attributes off the setting model after fetching and using `Object.defineProperty()` to add native getters/setters that pass through to the model's getters/setters. Ember's autotracking automatically works across the native getters/setters so we can then use the service as if it was any other native object
- updated all code to use `settings.{attrName}` directly for getting/setting instead of `.get()` and `.set()`
- removed use of observer in the `customViews` service because it was being set up before the native properties had been added on the settings service meaning autotracking wasn't able to set up properly

Since `ember-moment@10.0` it's not been necessary to use the `ember-cli-moment-shim` package, with `moment` instead being usable directly via `ember-auto-import`. Getting rid of the shim package is necessary for compatibility with `embroider`, Ember's new build tooling.
- dropped `ember-cli-moment-shim` dependency
- added `moment-timezone` dependency and updated all imports to reflect the different package
- worked around `ember-power-calendar` having `ember-cli-moment-shim` as a sub-dependency
- added empty in-repo-addon `ember-power-calendar-moment` to avoid `ember-power-calendar` complaining about a missing package
- added `ember-power-calendar-utils` in-repo-addon that is a copy of `ember-power-calendar-moment` but without the build-time renaming of the tree for better compatibility with embroider

We use `notifications.showAPIError()` in many of our try/catch routines but those can also pick up standard JS errors which can result in ugly and useless messages showing in alerts.
- added a list of known built-in JS error type names to check against and a generic error message to be used in place of ones we know shouldn't be displayed
- in `showAPIError(obj)` check `obj.name` against the known list and swap the message for a generic one
- only the message is swapped, we still log the full/original error to Sentry
- in `handleNotification(msg)` which is the final method used when displaying any alert/notification, extract all words in the supplied message and check that against the known list and swap the message on a match. This handles situations where the API might give us a raw JS error message in the message string

Having `session.user` return a promise made dealing with it in components difficult because you always had to remember it returned a promise rather than a model and had to handle the async behaviour. It also meant that you couldn't use any current user properties directly inside getters which made refactors to Glimmer/Octane idioms harder to reason about.
`session.user` was a cached computed property so it really made no sense for it to be a promise - it was loaded on first access and then always returned instantly but with a fulfilled promise rather than the underlying model.
Refactoring to a synchronous property that is loaded as part of the authentication flows (we load the current user to check that we're logged in - we may as well make use of that!) means one less thing to be aware of/remember and provides a nicer migration process to Glimmer components. As part of the refactor, the auth flows and pre-load of required data across other services was also simplified to make it easier to find and follow.
- refactored app setup and `session.user`
- added `session.populateUser()` that fetches a user model from the current user endpoint and sets it on `session.user`
- removed knowledge of app setup from the `cookie` authenticator and moved it into = `session.postAuthPreparation()`, this means we have the same post-authentication setup no matter which authenticator is used so we have more consistent behaviour in tests which don't use the `cookie` authenticator
- switched `session` service to native class syntax to get the expected `super()` behaviour
- updated `handleAuthentication()` so it populate's `session.user` and performs post-auth setup before transitioning (handles sign-in after app load)
- updated `application` route to remove duplicated knowledge of app preload behaviour that now lives in `session.postAuthPreparation()` (handles already-authed app load)
- removed out-of-date attempt at pre-loading data from setup controller as that's now handled automatically via `session.handleAuthentication`
- updated app code to not treat `session.user` as a promise
- predominant usage was router `beforeModel` hooks that transitioned users without valid permissions, this sets us up for an easier removal of the `current-user-settings` mixin in the future

Placing focus in the title aligns better with typical editorial process.
- switched `autofocus` attribute from body to title for new posts
- added a default value to the `mobiledoc` attr on the Post model, without it the autosave when moving from title to editor creates a forced re-render and clears the focus whilst you're typing

- It was not possible to invite a new Contributor to a site that has reached its limit
- This fix divides the resend invite action into two separate steps: 1. Deleting existing invite 2. Creating a new one for the same data
- It was hitting the limit because the permissions were correctly checking for "add" action being executed when the limit of invites/staff users was already used up. By removing existing invite we mimic the behavior the server would do for us anyway (2111992dd4/core/server/services/invites/invites.js (L18-L22))

MRR start date value for charts was being calculated with start value as 0, assuming we have the data for first date in our range to use as start value. - We have a need to create a member manually, this changeset solves this problem.
- Added new member button to the member's screen
- Needed to be able to perform add member action
- Fixed inconsistent `createAt` naming. All models use consistent `createdAtUTC`, fixed it up so that members model follows the same pattern. If we want to change this pattern should probably happen for all models at once
- Fixed member avatar when creating a new member. If the values are completely empty the screen ends up being filled with empty space. Added some dummy initials which are recalculated once the member enters the name or an email
- Refactored DS naming for consistency. Nowhere else in the codebase 'DS' name is ever used, made this consistent
- Added missing validations in members form
- Simplified if conditions in the member list template. When using the if/esle statements unnecessary new-line symbols were inserted which made it hard to test. Also by using computed property view is much cleaner
- Updated member's model default value for `subscribed` to "true". It is turned on by default in the model layer on the backend (ref: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/blob/3.1.0/core/server/data/schema/schema.js#L330), this behavior is intended and should be the same on the frontend
