Prevented background click closing members import modal (#18296)
no issue

- we don't want accidental background clicks closing this modal as it contains complex UI rather than a simple notification
- the members import modal is still using the old/outdated modal pattern so there was no option for disabling background click, went with a quick-fix for now rather than updating everything to our modern modal patterns
  - added passthrough of arguments to the `close` action on `<GhFullscreenModal>`
  - updated `<GhFullscreenModal>` background click handler to pass "background" as an action argument
  - updated the action used for handling members import modal closing to skip closing when it receives "background" as the first argument

42b3e3a412 Added automatic filter of members list after CSV import
requires 8ceabbcfba

- if the API responds with `meta.import_label` after an import, use it to reset and apply the filter across the members list so that it's quick to see the results of the import and perform further bulk actions (coming later)
- added ability to pass arguments through `<GhFullscreenModal>`'s `@confirm` action
- added a `console.error()` call to the members csv import so that any underlying error is not completely lost by the custom error handling

2231dd84c2 Migrated to <AngleBracketSyntax /> (#1460)
no issue

Ember is migrating to `<AngleBracketSyntax />` for component invocation, see https://github.com/emberjs/rfcs/blob/master/text/0311-angle-bracket-invocation.md

We were in a half-way situation where some templates used angle bracket syntax in some places, this PR updates templates to use the syntax everywhere.

This simplifies the rules for what template code is referring to...

`<Component>` = a component
`{{helper}}` = a helper (or locally assigned handlebars variable)
`{{this.foo}}` = data on the template backing context (a component/controller)
`{{@foo}}` = a named argument passed into the component that the component backing class has not modified (note: this commit does not introduce any named arguments)

- ran codemod https://github.com/ember-codemods/ember-angle-brackets-codemod on the following directories:
  - `app/templates`
  - `lib/koenig-editor/addon/templates`
- removed positional params from components as angle bracket syntax does not support them
  - `gh-feature-flag`
  - `gh-tour-item`
  - `gh-cm-editor`
  - `gh-fullscreen-modal`
  - `gh-task-button`
- updates some code that was missed in 3c851293c1 to use explicit this

352c4af1d7 Refactored usage of .get('property') with es5 getters
no issue
- ran [es5-getter-ember-codemod](https://github.com/rondale-sc/es5-getter-ember-codemod)
- [es5 getters RFC](https://github.com/emberjs/rfcs/blob/master/text/0281-es5-getters.md)
- updates the majority of `object.get('property')` with `object.property` with exceptions:
  - `.get('nested.property')` - it's not possible to determine if this is relying on "safe" path chaining for when `nested` doesn't exist
  - `.get('config.x')` and `.get('settings.x')` - both our `config` and `settings` services are proxy objects which do not support es5 getters
- this PR is not exhaustive, there are still a number of places where `.get('service.foo')` and similar could be replaced but it gets us a long way there in a quick and automated fashion

9adbcd1fd0 Match service/controller import to ember-modules-codemod style for consistency
no issue

Automated tools, code generators, and editor integrations are increasingly standardising on the import style used in `ember-modules-codemod`. Our import style differed a little with regards to service/controller injection imports which meant we were starting to see inconsistent naming.

cb59388c5b 💄🐷 sort-imports eslint rule (#712)
no issue

- adds `eslint-plugin-sort-imports-es6-autofix` dependency
  - implements ESLint's base `sort-imports` rule but has a distinction in that `import {foo} from 'bar';` is considered `multiple` rather than `single`
  - fixes ESLint's autofix behaviour so `eslint --fix` will actually fix the sort order
- updates all unordered import rules by using `eslint --fix`

With the increased number of `import` statements since Ember+ecosystem started moving towards es6 modules I've found it frustrating at times trying to search through randomly ordered import statements. Recently I've been sorting imports manually when I've added new code or touched old code so I thought I'd add an ESLint rule to codify it.

2844c896a8 refactor gh-fullscreen-modal component to use liquid-wormhole directly (#281)
no issue

- remove `liquid-tether` dependency
- add `liquid-wormhole` dependency (previously a dependency of liquid-tether)
- refactor `gh-fullscreen-modal` to simplify and use `liquid-wormhole` directly instead of `liquid-tether` as we don't need the positioning ability that `liquid-tether` provides

9d67980a7e Refactor modals
refs #5798, closes #5018
- adds new `gh-fullscreen-modal` component - modals are now specified in-context so that they can have deeper interaction with their surrounding components/controller/route, i.e. a modal component can be a thin confirm/deny wrapper over the underlying controller action keeping all context-sensitive logic in one place
- adds spin-buttons to all modals with async behaviour
- adds/improves behaviour of inline-validation in modals
- improves re-authenticate modal to properly handle validation and authentication errors
