- Previously, filtering members with multiple "Unsubscribed from
newsletter x" led to no filtering at all, all members were returned
- This was caused by a bug in NQL, that is fixed in version 0.12.5, cf.
[commit](dd18d1d6ca)
- We're also removing the safeguard in the product around bulk deletion
when multiple newsletter filters are in use, as the root problem has
been fixed

- in Ghost release
[v5.89.0](https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/releases/tag/v5.89.0), we
have added a safeguard around bulk member deletion, due to a limitation
in NQL for member filters (commit: 2484a77)
- with this change, we limit the safeguard to only the cases we know are
problematic, and remove it for other useful and safe queries
- more precisely, the safeguard is in place only when:
- Multiple newsletters exist, and the filter contains 2 or more
newsletter filters
- If any of the following stripe filters are used even once:
- Billing period
- Stripe subscription status
- Paid start date
- Next billing date
- Subscription started on post/page
- Offers

- when multiple member filters are used in combination, NQL sometimes
hit a limitation that results in the wrong members being returned
- while we work on the NQL limitation, we are temporarily disabling bulk
member deletion when more than one member filter has been applied
refs https://ghost.slack.com/archives/CTH5NDJMS/p1701688836406919
Deleting members with email disabled, results in deleting all members
due to a broken NQL filter.
The filter `(email_disabled:1)` results in selecting all members because
of the surrounding brackets, which cause a `yg` filter to be generated
by NQL which is not supported by code that handles the Mongo filters.
This is a quick fix to reduce damage, this will need a proper fix in NQL
/ lower level.

The member newsletter filter was not working correctly when multiple
filters were applied due to the regex incorrectly extracting the
contents of a grouped filter. This commit splits the regex into two to
make it easier to reason about and fixes the underlying issue

Updated a comment in `members.js` to link to a possible NQL issue. This
helps explain the temporary fix for filtering members by labels with
parentheses.
refs https://ghost.slack.com/archives/CTH5NDJMS/p1692021848890629
- Addresses an NQL / API edge case where standalone filters with
parentheses doesn't get handled correctly within bulk operations such as
member labelling, member unsubscribe and member deletion.
- This is currently only affected by newsletter related filters.
- This adds a regex functions that checks when those filters are used
and removes the parentheses when required.
- Ideally we fix the NQL / API issue in the near future and remove this
regex hack altogether, but taking all things into consideration, this
should mitigate the risk of potential data-loss for Ghost users.

This change introduces a new 'post' query parameter to the members and member routes.
Previously, the members route would check if the previous route was the analytics page, and then show the breadcrumbs to go back to the analytics page. But when navigating to the members page from the menu, we don't want to show the breadcrumbs. To accomplish this, the routes that point to the members page from the analytics page now specifically pass on the post id in the query parameters. The query parameter is then passed on from the members page to the member page.
`directlyFromAnalytics` is still used in the member route, to know wheter we came from the members page or from the analytics page (changes the breadcrumbs). This doesn't need to go via a query parameter (figured that would make the url too long/complex).
The resetController method is now implemented and resets the filter and/or fromAnalytics post id if required (when going from members to member, we don't want to reset it because the we would lose the filter going back).

fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2133
- Moved all filters to separate files to make the filter component a lot more readable and easier to maintain.
- Removed long switch style code from hbs for filter column values
- Filters for features that are disabled (such as open tracking, click tracking or member attribution) are now hidden when they are disabled
- The open rate column in the members table is now only visible if open tracking is enabled
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2110
- dynamically defined properties on the config service did not have
autotracking set up properly if they were accessed in any way before the
property was defined, this caused problems in a number of areas because
we have both "unauthed" and "authed" sets of config and when not logged
in we had parts of the app checking for authed config properties that
don't exist until after sign-in and subsequent config re-fetch
- renamed `config` service to `configManager` and updated to only
contain methods for fetching config data
- added a `config` instance initializer that sets up a `TrackedObject`
instance with some custom properties/methods and registers it on
`config:main`
- uses application instance initializer rather than a standard
initializer because standard initializers are only called once when
setting up the test suite so we'd end up with config leaking across
tests
- added an `@inject` decorator that when used takes the property name
and injects whatever is registered at `${propertyName}:main`, this
allows us to use dependency injection for any object rather than just
services or controllers
- using `application.inject()` in the initializer was initially used but
that only works for objects that extend from `EmberObject`, the
injections weren't available in native-class glimmer components so this
decorator keeps the injection syntax consistent
- swapped all `@service config` uses to `@inject config`
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2112
- Removed a bit of duplicate code across templates and components that was used to handle filters
- Updated filter objects to contain information about the filter
- Added resource filters that are able to select a single resource, which can be used in columns
- Filters can now define columns by themselves. Not all columns already make use of this functionality, but we can move those over later (cleanup: https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2133)
- The filter definitions became quite long. We should move them to separate files in the future: https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2134
- Filters can now have custom NQL parsing
- Improved support for parsing recursive or grouped NQL queries
- Added support for filtering members by feedback
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1993
- Allows filtering members by opened, clicked and received email
- Adds clicked_links filter relation to Member model.
- Adds emails filter relation to Member model.
- Adds opened_emails filter expansion to Member model.
- Updated GhResourceSelect to be able to only show list posts by setting the `type` attribute to `email`.
- Improved code reuse in `filter-value` component.

Since `ember-moment@10.0` it's not been necessary to use the `ember-cli-moment-shim` package, with `moment` instead being usable directly via `ember-auto-import`. Getting rid of the shim package is necessary for compatibility with `embroider`, Ember's new build tooling.
- dropped `ember-cli-moment-shim` dependency
- added `moment-timezone` dependency and updated all imports to reflect the different package
- worked around `ember-power-calendar` having `ember-cli-moment-shim` as a sub-dependency
- added empty in-repo-addon `ember-power-calendar-moment` to avoid `ember-power-calendar` complaining about a missing package
- added `ember-power-calendar-utils` in-repo-addon that is a copy of `ember-power-calendar-moment` but without the build-time renaming of the tree for better compatibility with embroider

This fixes a couple of bugs with the filter menu on the members page in admin:
- When opening the members page, the filters property was passed back from the filter component to the members controller. This caused a bug that the filter columns where not visible on reload.
- Fixed handling invalid filter parameters
- When updating the URL, the members page now properly reloads
- Fixed a bug that 'falsy' values in the NQL filter were removed on reload:
- Filtering on unsubscribed members was gone after a page reload
- Filtering on 0 emails was gone after a page reload
- This is fixed by converting numbers and booleans to strings after parsing the NQL-filter
- Fixed a bug where boolean values didn't match any value in the select menu, causing the default option to be visible
- Filtering members by 'unsubscribed' -> parsed as false (boolean) -> select menu opened -> false value (boolean) didn't match 'false' (string) so the first option was shown instead (subscribed).
- This is also fixed by converting numbers and booleans to strings after parsing the NQL-filter
The way this is currently handled is not great. The parsing happens in the filter component, but should happen on a different layer, maybe in a different helper.

- with the update of `ember-promise-modals` we started to get deprecation warnings when using `modals.open('modal-component-name')`
- upcoming Ember build updates will introduce tree shaking but using run-time lookup of modal components by name works against that because it's not statically analysable
- switched to importing components and passing the component class directly, eg. `modals.open(ModalComponent)`
- standardized modal component class names with a `MyModal` style to get better behaviour in code editors when it auto generates imports
- dropped the modal defaults from the modals service because we can now use a static `modalOptions` property on the modal components themselves when we want to override the defaults

- added `<GhDatePicker>` component that lifts functionality from the `<GhDateTimePicker>` component
- `<GhDateTimePicker>` has not yet been refactored to use the new component internally as there are some odd/complex interactions with error handling with it's existing use-cases and they are in critical publishing paths so the refactor doesn't belong as part of this change
- added "Created at" filter type to members filters
- uses new date picker component for input value
- has "before", "on or before", "after", "on or after" operators
- "on" and "not on" operators were skipped as they require two NQL statements to represent, breaking the current 1:1 statement:filter approach used in the NQL-based query param parsing

The `{{if this.members.length "" "hidden"}}` class meant that whenever loading occurred the search input was briefly changed to `display: none` which caused focus to be lost making searching rather painful. It also meant the search input disappeared completely when no members matched a search.
- switched to a standard `<input>` element to get better event handling ergonomics
- added `searchIsFocused` tracked property that is set to `true` any time the search input has focus - works around an unexpected re-render when clearing the search input whilst it has focus
- switched the "hide" conditional to a getter that takes members length, search param text, and search input focus into account so there are no unexpected hides of the search bar
