Added portal default plan setting (#19238)
fixes PROD-61

This adds a new default plan setting. It defaults to yearly, which is
the current default selected interval in Portal.

Behind the new portal improvements feature flag, the default plan can be
changed. It will also change automatically if the available intervals
are changed.

This PR also wires up passing the new setting to the Portal preview.

Added calculated email address settings (#19115)
fixes GRO-73

We need to avoid duplicating the complex logic for determining the
default email address and the support email address. So these are now
exposed as calculated settings.

Added email address alignment protections (#19094)
ref GRO-54
fixes GRO-63
fixes GRO-62
fixes GRO-69

When the config `hostSettings:managedEmail:enabled` is enabled, or the
new flag (`newEmailAddresses`) is enabled for self-hosters, we'll start
to check the from addresses of all outgoing emails more strictly.

- Current flow: nothing changes if the managedEmail config is not set or
the `newEmailAddresses` feature flag is not set
- When managedEmail is enabled: never allow to send an email from any
chosen email. We always use `mail.from` for all outgoing emails. Custom
addresses should be set as replyTo instead. Changing the newsletter
sender_email is not allowed anymore (and ignored if it is set).
- When managedEmail is enabled with a custom sending domain: if a from
address doesn't match the sending domain, we'll default to mail.from and
use the original as a replyTo if appropriate and only when no other
replyTo was set. A newsletter sender email addresss can only be set to
an email address on this domain.
- When `newEmailAddresses` is enabled: self hosters are free to set all
email addresses to whatever they want, without verification. In addition
to that, we stop making up our own email addresses and send from
`mail.from` by default instead of generating a `noreply`+ `@` +
`sitedomain.com` address

A more in depth example of all cases can be seen in
`ghost/core/test/integration/services/email-addresses.test.js`

Includes lots of new E2E tests for most new situations. Apart from that,
all email snapshots are changed because the from and replyTo addresses
are now included in snapshots (so we can see unexpected changes in the
future).

Dropped test coverage requirement, because tests were failing coverage
locally, but not in CI

Added one-click-subscribe detection (#17995)
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Product/issues/3820

- This adds a new public site endpoint in the members API to check if a
site can offer the one-click-subscribe feature
- This is implemented on the members API as a copy of the `site`
endpoint because the admin API site endpoint is protected by CORS and
mainly because it can be served on a different domain than the
recommended site and this is hard to detect reliably from the frontend
- Added a new calculated setting `allow_self_signup`, which can replace
the setting that is currently used in Portal (best to do this after a
release otherwise we risk creating issues if a patch release happens)

Added new setting to enable Recommendations (#17856)
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Product/issues/3772

- Recommendations are disabled by default and will get enabled when a
first recommendation is added. The "recommendations_enabled" setting
will be not shown explicitly in Admin, it will rather be set implicitly
based on whether there is at least one recommendation
- The "recommendations_enabled" setting belongs to a new setting group
called "recommendations"

Updated to use assert/strict everywhere (#17047)
refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/595

We're rolling out new rules around the node assert library, the first of which is enforcing the use of assert/strict. This means we don't need to use the strict version of methods, as the standard version will work that way by default.

This caught some gotchas in our existing usage of assert where the lack of strict mode had unexpected results:
- Url matching needs to be done on `url.href` see aa58b354a4
- Null and undefined are not the same thing, there were a few cases of this being confused
- Particularly questionable changes in [PostExporter tests](c1a468744b) tracked [here](https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/3505).
- A typo see eaac9c293a

Moving forward, using assert strict should help us to catch unexpected behaviour, particularly around nulls and undefineds during implementation.

c21f136834 Corrected announcement_visibility setting type
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/pull/14264

- With a requirement change we need to transform `announcement_visibility` setting to be an "array" instead of a "string". Array structure will allow us to hold multiple filters at once giving more coverage to the audience targetting usecases.
- Example filter variations we'll support are:
[ ] Logged out visitors
[ ] Members
[ ] Free members
[ ] Paid members

Added announcement fields to settings table (#16654)
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/3011

- This is a data structure needed to support Announcement Bar feature -
allows to create custom site-wide announcements tailored to the
audience.
- The `announcement_content` is meant to hold displayed HTML content of
the announcement and will be exposed through unauthenticated Content
Site API

- The `announcement_visibility` sets the target audience to display the
Announcement Bart to:
  - `public` - Everyone
  - `visitors` - Logged out visitors only
  - `members` - Members only
  - `paid` - Paid members only

- The `announcement_background` sets the CSS class that should be
applied to the Announcement Bar. and will be exposed through
unauthenticated Content Site API. Three styles are available:
  - `accent` - matches the color of the site accent
  - `dark` - dark style
  - `light` - light style

Added outbound link tagging setting (#16146)
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2432

Adds outbound_link_tagging setting (enabled by default and behind
feature flag). If the feature flag is enabled, and the setting is
disabled, we won't add ?ref to links in emails.

This includes new E2E tests for email click tracking, which were also
extended to check outbound link tagging (for both MEGA and the new email
stability flow).

Also fixes a test fixture for the comments_enabled setting.

🐛 Fixed SingleUseTokens being cleared on boot (#15999)
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1996

**Issue**
Our Magic links are valid for 24 hours. After first usage, the token
lives for a further 10 minutes, so that in the case of email servers or
clients that "visit" links, the token can still be used.

The implementation of the 10 minute window uses setTimeout, meaning if
the process is interrupted, the 10 minute window is ignored completely,
and the token will continue to live for the remainder of it's 24 hour
validity period. To prevent that, the tokens are cleared on boot at the
moment.

**Solution**

To remove the boot clearing logic, we need to make sure the tokens are
only valid for 10 minutes after first use even during restarts.

This commit adds 3 new fields to the SingleUseToken model:
- updated_at: for storing the last time the token was changed/used). Not
really used atm.
- first_used_at: for storing the first time the token was used
- used_count: for storing the number of times the token has been used

Using these fields:
- A token can only be used 3 times
- A token is only valid for 10 minutes after first use, even if the
server restarts in between
- A token is only valid for 24 hours after creation (not changed)

We now also delete expired tokens in a separate job instead of on boot /
in a timeout.

Updated content-length header matchers
no issue

- All content-length snapshots should be using the same matcher for consistency - anyContentLength. It's more explicit about what the matcher is all about and might be useful to have content-length matchers in one place if it ever changes (the header value should be a damn digit after all, not a string!) Added email_track_clicks setting (#15409)
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1900
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1901

- Defaults to the same value as the current email_track_opens setting for existing installations, otherwise defaults to true
- Had to use a custom migration because the `addSetting` helper doesn't support using an existing setting as current value
- Added a minimal UI to change the setting, but this still needs some design magic 🪄
- Link replacement is disabled if `email_track_clicks` is disabled. In the future we might consider to still do parial additions, such as source attribution and maybe redirects (to discuss).

Removed unused support email verificaton endpoints (#15328)
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1679

These endpoints are safe to be removed, as they are only used by the admin app and usage has been removed over there. It is very unlikely that this endpoint has been used in a third party integration (in which case they will get a notification email).

Removed need for snapshot updates for feature flags
- prior to this commit, if you add or remove a faeture flag, you also have to update the snapshots for the settings tests
- feature flags are intended to be very easy to add and remove, and so this extra step doesn't fit with our needs
- it's also unnecessary, we don't need to verify the exact contents of the labs setting
