- When pressing backspace on an empty `KoenigBasicHtmlInput` that don't use `p` as the default tag, an empty paragraph was created by e21bde39e1/lib/koenig-editor/addon/options/key-commands.js (L171-L176), messing with the style while in edit mode.
- This was fixed by normalizing the tag to be the `defaultTag` in the `didUpdatePost` hook
- Because of this new normalization, we could remove the same normalization from `handlePaste`

- Several inputs where dismissing the content when pasting HTML without the expected input tag
- The inputs where: the caption of the feature image; the email footer; the caption in the bookmark, code, embed, gallery, image, video cards; the callout card title; the product card header and description; the toggle header
- This makes sure the wrapper html tag is the expected one.

- updates tab/enter behavior for toggle heading -> content to use editor keyboard commands instead of overriding html input component

- added `@allowBr` argument to `<KoenigBasicHtmlInput>` and used it in the callout card
- when enabled, adds `soft-break` atom and parser, enables `<br>` support in `cleanBasicHtml()`
no issue
- text-replacement-input text expansions were customised to not use backticks for code and to have special format handling for `{}`
- switched to it's own set of text expansions that cover the standard expansions used in the main editor except for headings and card replacements

- we added a default tag override for basic html input component, but the edit mode was still using `p` as the tag irrespective of default set, which caused switching back to p tag when editing the component
no issue
- the editor range was getting out of sync between pasting and the subsequent `didUpdatePost` callback which cleans up content to conform to our "basic html" expectations resulting in errors in the console and potentially lost content if the paste occurred with the cursor inside existing text
- updated `handlePaste` to perform the same parse as the default paste handler but then cleanup the post before inserting so there's no mismatch of content across the editor callbacks

- we were comparing the caption editor's contenteditable inner html vs the passed in html in order to reset the editor if the bound value changed upstream, this was causing problems because the editor and external html cleaning were treating trailing whitespace slightly differently which resulted in the editor being reset every time it gained focus when a trailing space was present
- removed reliance on inspecting the editor's inner html and instead switched to comparing a changed `html` value to that which was passed in during initialisation or was last passed upstream from the editor so there's no chance of unexpected deviance

- Email design settings don't open in some cases when footer html is set as null, specifically on import
- Patches html cleanup to use empty string in case of null footer value

Keeps component JS backing files and template files in the same directory which avoids hunting across directories when working with components. Also lets you see all components when looking at one directory, whereas previously template-only or js-only components may not have been obvious without looking at both directories.
- ran [codemod](https://github.com/ember-codemods/ember-component-template-colocation-migrator/) for app-level components
- manually moved in-repo-addon component templates in `lib/koenig-editor`
- removed all explicit `layout` imports as JS/template associations are now made at build-time removing the need for them
- updated `.embercli` to default to new flat component structure
no issue
- if the character used to define a special markup is different such as in the text replacement editor, pressing Backspace was not inserting the correct characters

- we previously set a fixed mobiledoc spec version in blank documents but when the editor was serializing to a json string after editing it was bumping the spec version
- makes the specific version a constant to be used when serializing any mobiledoc
no issue
- when the mobiledoc spec changes due to a mobiledoc-kit version bump, any posts created with that version will fail to load in the editor if a rollback to an earlier Ghost version occurs
- use an explicit version to avoid the problem - we should only be bumping the mobiledoc spec version if we start using features from that version and mark it as a breaking change
no issue
- `cleanBasicHtml` has been extracted to an external package so that it can be used inside the extracted `@tryghost/kg-parser-plugins` package server-side

- added a data attribute `data-koenig-dnd-disabled` which will prevent the element or any of it's children from initiating a koenig drag event
- applied the data attribute to `{{koenig-basic-html-input}}`'s outer tag so that captions never initiate a card re-order
- disabled card re-ordering when a card is in edit mode
- allows text selection within a markdown/html card without triggering the card re-order behaviour
- clicking another card will exit edit mode and re-enable drag before the drag behaviour is initiated so you can still re-order other cards if you've left a card in edit mode

- uses a stripped down version of Koenig

- supports inline text expansions

- limited to a single paragraph
- serialises and deserialises from HTML rather than mobiledoc
- updated `{{koenig-caption-input}}` to use `{{koenig-basic-html-input}}`
- updated image and embed cards to calculate word counts correctly for html captions
- bumped Spirit dependency to fix styling of toolbars within the editor canvas
