- migrated to full native class syntax
- removed loading of snippets as they are not needed on post lists (they are needed on the editor screen which does it's own loading)
- removed `access` query param definition leftover from earlier development
- removed use of `{{action}}` in associated templates

- ran [ember-native-class-codemod](https://github.com/ember-codemods/ember-native-class-codemod) to convert the majority of remaining EmberObject based controllers and components to native class syntax using the `@classic` decorator
- skipped older style modal components (`components/modal-*.js`) due to observed incompatibilities in some cases

Major update to Ghost Admin UI including:
- improved general consistency (typography, colors and contrast, UI components, icons)
- new design for post and pages lists, improved discoverability of filters
- search moved to modal
- account menu is decoupled from ghost logo
