fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1992
When you edit a post via the editor, the back button on the top of the editor should go back to the analytics page and the status at the top should be removed.

Since `ember-moment@10.0` it's not been necessary to use the `ember-cli-moment-shim` package, with `moment` instead being usable directly via `ember-auto-import`. Getting rid of the shim package is necessary for compatibility with `embroider`, Ember's new build tooling.
- dropped `ember-cli-moment-shim` dependency
- added `moment-timezone` dependency and updated all imports to reflect the different package
- worked around `ember-power-calendar` having `ember-cli-moment-shim` as a sub-dependency
- added empty in-repo-addon `ember-power-calendar-moment` to avoid `ember-power-calendar` complaining about a missing package
- added `ember-power-calendar-utils` in-repo-addon that is a copy of `ember-power-calendar-moment` but without the build-time renaming of the tree for better compatibility with embroider

When adding cards to the editor, especially image cards, we were seeing the cards removed instantaneously or whilst the file dialog was open making it appear that nothing had happened after selecting the card in the menu or selecting a file.
- as part of the publish flow workflow we extracted the pre-save routine into a separate task so that it could be triggered from external components
- one of the pre-save routine actions was to trigger an editor cleanup that removes empty cards and trailing paragraphs _but_ it should only do that when not performing a background save that occurs on any change to the post contents for drafts
- the problem arose from the background saves because the `options` argument was never passed through to the `beforeSaveTask` call meaning every save looked like a full save and performed editor cleanup resulting in unexpected removal of empty cards that had just been created
no issue
- the title comparison in the editor's `hasDirtyAttributes` CP was comparing properties on the wrong object so never returned `true` when the title was changed

This commit updates admin to align with the changes in the backend in https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/pull/14798
- `post.email_recipient_filter` option and property is renamed to `email_segment`
- `newsletter_id` option is renamed to `newsletter` (and now uses slug instead of id)
- Sending a post via email, means you need to set the `newsletter` option. The `email_segment` option is optional now and defaults to `all`. Not setting `newsletter` means not sending an email, setting `email_segment` is ignored if `newsletter` is missing.
- We can no longer use `email_recipient_filter` (now renamed to `email_segment`) to know whether a post is published/scheduled to be sent as an email. We need to rely on the newsletter relation now. The `email_segment` `none` value has been dropped and will be `all` even if no email will be sent (newsletter will be null).
- `sendEmailWhenPublished` option is no longer supported in the backend.

- copied existing preview modal over to `editor-labs/modals` directory
- old modal will be deleted in cleanup
- moved "Preview" button from editor template to the `<PublishManagement>` component
- allows for preview modal to be controlled alongside the publish flow modal
- added `togglePreviewPublish()` action to `<PublishManagement>`
- opens whichever of preview/publish is not currently open, this opens the new modal on top of the old modal
- waits for the modal animation duration to pass then closes the modal that's now underneath, this prevents the flashing that occurs when modals are both opening and closing at the same time because that results in a 50% opacity of both modals during the middle of the animation
- updated preview modal and publish-flow modals to have "Publish" and "Preview" buttons respectively that call the `togglePreviewPublish` action
- updated preview modal to be fullscreen to better match the publish modal

This change was required to avoid showing 'all members' or 'all paid members', when it was in fact 'all paid subscribers of newsletter X'. The newsletter name is only shown when multiple newsletters are activated on a site.

- Recipient counts in scheduled post status at top of editor fixed for selected newsletter
- Added `fullRecipientFilter` getter on post model which includes the newsletter's recipientFilter
- Updated scheduled notification (used in old publishing flow or via preview)
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1576
- Passes the selected newsletter to the recipient selector
- Added a `recipientFilter` getter to the newsletter model to make changes easier in the future
- Updates the `fullRecipientFilter` in the new publishing flow to use the newsletter's recipientFilter
- Already takes future paid only newsletters into account
- The counts in the status message after publishing is not updated yet (requires https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1569)
- The counts in the scheduled notification is not updated yet (requires https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1569)

- extracted before/after save routines in the editor controller into separate actions
- allows saving to occur in the publish flow without it needing any editor-specific knowledge
- allows for easier cleanup of email related logic from the editor save tasks later on
- added `saveTask` to `PublishOptions`
- applies the selected options to the post model where they correspond to model attributes and keeps the previous values in memory so the changes can be undone on failure - this keeps the local model state in sync because if a publish fails we want the editor to continue showing the draft state, non-scheduled publish time, and not have an unexpected email-only state
- saves the post model directly passing `adapterOptions` so the save request query params match the chosen publish options
- added a `saveTask` to the `<PublishManagement>` component
- passed through to the `publish-flow` modal and is triggered by the confirm button on the confirmation screen
- runs the before/afterSave arguments passed in from the editor
- runs the `saveTask` on `PublishOptions` which handles everything needed to change status and send emails
- polls the post after saving to wait for the attached email to switch to submitted/failed which lets us show a failure message and retry button as required (message + retry not yet implemented)
- adds "complete" state to publish flow once save has finished
- confirms what just happened based on saved post data rather than chosen publish options
- has a link to the view the post
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1479
- updated post adapter to append `?newsletter_id=xyz` when passed a `newsletterId` adapterOption
- updated editor save task to pass `options.newsletterId` through as `adapterOptions.newsletterId`
- set up `post.newsletter` relationship ready for handling embedded newsletter association from the API
- explicitly deleted when serializing back to the API as it doesn't yet ignore the attribute
- updated `<GhPublishmenu>` for newsletter support
- fetches newsletters on first render so they are available in the dropdown
- sets "default" (first in the ordered list) newsletter as the initially selected newsletter
- adds newsletter dropdown to draft publish menu
- passes `newsletterId` option to editor save task when it's set
This is a minimal implementation for testing. Not included:
- correct free/paid member counts based on selected newsletter
- correct member count in confirmation modal
- indication of selected newsletter for scheduled post

- with the update of `ember-promise-modals` we started to get deprecation warnings when using `modals.open('modal-component-name')`
- upcoming Ember build updates will introduce tree shaking but using run-time lookup of modal components by name works against that because it's not statically analysable
- switched to importing components and passing the component class directly, eg. `modals.open(ModalComponent)`
- standardized modal component class names with a `MyModal` style to get better behaviour in code editors when it auto generates imports
- dropped the modal defaults from the modals service because we can now use a static `modalOptions` property on the modal components themselves when we want to override the defaults
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/14296
- bumped fork of `ember-promise-modals` as newer version exposes all focus-trap options and per-modal disabling
- disabled focus-trap for the post preview modal because it was preventing clicks on the input elements performing default behaviour

Specific tier visibility for a post was previously stored in `visibility` column directly, which had a limitation of 50 charts. Going forward, for the specific tiers visibility of post/page, we use `tiers` array in API that contains list of tiers with access for post. This change -
- replaces `filter` type to `tiers` for visibility
- adds new visibility filter segment component in post settings menu which stores array of tiers instead of nql string for visibility
- updates serializer and model for post/page
- updates tests

- switched modal implementation to the newer promise-modal style
- added `<GhEmailPreviewLink>` component that renders a link that when clicked opens the modal
- removes the need for templates/controllers to manually handle modal opening/closing and to pass actions down from parents
- updated all places we were triggering an email preview modal to use `<GhEmailPreviewLink>`
no issue
- part of ember upgrades
- removed all unnecessary usage of `.get`
- cleaned up imports where we had imports from the same module across multiple lines
- standardized on importing specific computed helpers rather than using `computed.foo`
- switched tests from using `wait()` to `settled()`
no issue
- mixins are deprecated in Ember so we want to remove their usage
- pre-requisite for easier automation for switching to native class syntax
- removed ShortcutsRoute mixin in favor of using the `{{on-key}}` modifier and standard controller action
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/559
- switched to new ember-promise-modals pattern
- simplified `willTransition` handling because we can now wait on the promise returned from opening the modal
- the modal content was changed to use `{{on "click" (fn @close true)}}` on the "leave" button so we can check for that return value for leave confirmation
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/609
There's a 3 second timeout before a background save is triggered after the last edit, if the preview modal is opened in that timeframe it would show outdated content.
- added a task that is triggered when the preview modal is opened
- if a save task is already running it will wait for it to finish
- otherwise if the post is a draft and the editor has dirty attributes it will trigger a save
- modal shows a loading spinner whilst waiting for the save to finish so the preview contents always match the latest editor changes

- `options` did not have a default value and it's always passed in. Added a default value of an empty object so we're not tripped up with null/undefined

The publish-type state was being set directly on the model in the publish menu rather than being internal to the menu until publishing. A previous attempt had been made to fix that but it wasn't complete and resulted in the menu showing that it would "Publish" after setting it and closing/re-opening when in fact it would "Publish and send".
- moved all state for the distribution type and email settings to be stored in the `<PublishMenu>` component rather than split across the the component and model
- when saving a post from the publish menu, we now pass `emailOnly` as an option to the editor's save task the same as `sendEmailWhenPublished` (corresponding to the `email_recipient_filter` query param) so that we're back to one place controlling email behaviour for a post
- when `emailOnly` is passed as an option to the editor save task it will set the property on the model before saving and reset it back if the save fails. That way the email-only flag behaves as close to the "send when published" flag as possible without it also being sent as a query param.

- moved the modal component class and template into a `components/modals/` directory to keep the top-level dir cleaner
- migrated component class to glimmer syntax

refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/559
We want to get rid of our existing modals implementation because it doesn't play well with Glimmer compoments and the animation library it uses is now unmaintained and blocking our Ember.js upgrades.
- installed addon using customised fork
- fork allows passthrough of `allowOutsideClick` to `focus-trap` so we can allow clicks on dropdowns and other wormholed content inside of a modal
- extended the `modals` service locally so we can customise click-outside-to-close behaviour and tie in with our `dropdowns` service
- set up styles in `modals-new.css`, mostly copied from `modals.css` with a few specific overrides
- once all modals are converted we can drop the old `modals.css` and rename `modals-new.css`
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/954
- When an email-only post with a "sent" status was edited, it's status changed to "draft", which is an incorrect behavior. This change is causing the "sent" status to persist and removes the transition error.
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/973
- added `@showCreate` option to `<GhInputWithSelect>` that enables the create option without having to pass a function in `@showCreateWhen`
- fixed autofocus not focusing input element in `<GhInputWithSelect>` when `autofocus="true"` isn't enough by itself
- updated `selectOrCreate` in `<GhInputWithSelect>` to trigger `onChange` if it's passed in rather than `onInput`
- swapped input in labs snippet input to `<GhInputWithSelect>`
- added actions for updating a snippet when an existing snippet is selected
- added action to editor control for saving an updated snippet

- The transition values wever missing for new "sent" email status and caused a 500 error to be displayed even though it had nothing to do with server errors
- There will be more tweaks to this in future iterations, this is a stop gap solution to have a working UI
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/865
Ghost now returns a forbidden error rather than an unauthorized error when saving whilst logged out so the session invalidation was not being triggered.
- added forbidden check to ajax service to trigger session invalidation
- added automatic retry of save in editor when re-authenticating
- fixed re-population of user and proxy services when re-authenticating, it's not needed at that point because nothing has been cleared
issue https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/857
- The goal is to avoid testing for the owner role only is cases where we should be testing for the owner or admin role
- `isOwner` => `isOwnerOnly`
- `isAdmin` => `isAdminOnly`
- `isOwnerOrAdmin` => `isAdmin` (concerns now both Owner and Admins)
no issue
- there can be cases where the connection fails but Ctrl/Cmd+S won't work as a direct retry (eg, publish fails so the status reverts, in that case Cmd+S would save a draft rather than re-attempt a publish)
- switched to a neutral "try again" message
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/837
We previously added automatic retries to the editor controller for post saves; reviewing the resulting logs in Sentry we can see this stopped the "Server unreachable" error alerts showing to users because the requests typically succeeded on the first retry that was made 5 seconds later. However the problem is not limited to post saves and we can see other requests hitting the same issue, including when working in the editor such as adding embed cards, uploading images, or fetching member counts before publishing.
All of the API network requests we make in Admin run through an `ajax` service that makes and handles the request/response. By moving the retry logic for specific errors out of the editor controller and into the ajax service we can make temporary connection handling more graceful across the app.
- move retry behaviour from the editor controller to the `ajax` service so we can retry any request rather than just post save requests
- speed up retries so we reconnect as soon as possible
- first retry at 500ms, then every 1000ms (previous was every 5s which meant overly long waits)
- reduce total retry time from >30s to 15s
- improve reporting to Sentry
- report when a retry was required
- report when a retry failed
- include the total time taken for both success and failure reports
- include the `server` header value from requests to distinguish between CDNs
- include type of error so we can distinguish "server unreachable" from "maintenance" retries
refs a6c6def7e1
- we weren't checking if an error was a validation error by examining the number of errors on the post model, this meant we weren't falling through to the generic error handling/display logic that shows an alert for validation errors when a save isn't a background/silent save
no issue
- when Ghost is in maintenance mode after an upgrade we know it will come back shortly so automatically retrying the save in the same way we do for "server unreachable" errors provides a smoother experience compared to halting and showing a red alert bar
no issue
- post status was not being reset after certain types of failure to publish/unpublish/schedule which meant that the editor could be left in an odd in-between state where the displayed status did not reflect reality
- fixed "saving/publish/schedule failed:" wording in error message when a server unreachable error was detected, the "saving/publish/schedule" did not reflect the actual status change because we were passing through only the current status rather than previous+new status'
no issue
- if a ServerUnreachable error is triggered by a non-background-save then we'd show the expected custom alert and then immediately overwrite it because `savePost`'s catch was not expecting an `undefined` error
