no issue
- the relationship is no longer used (it was a temporary solution whilst we built full member events) and was never fully set up resulting in warning output in test runs
- dropped remaining vestiges of the relationship

- this should allow us to remove the /products endpoint in v5
It avoids:
- `kg-product-card`, that really is meant to say product
- `product-cadence` on offers

- Admin used a helper to generate Gravatar URLs for members
- This change switches to using the `avatar_image` returned by the Member API
- The helper predates the existence of `member.avatar_image`, and is no longer required

Allows site owners to manage member's newsletter preference directly in Admin.
- also adds `visibility` property for newsletter model
- updates members test model to include `visibility`
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1423
- problem:
- all members requests were automatically adding `?include=email_recipients` as the email recipients relationship was set up to be always embedded
- embedded email_recipient records also embed the whole email record
- on the members index screen this meant for each of the 50 members loaded on a page we were also loading every email they have ever received resulting in a huge API response
- this was not a problem previously because the API was ignoring the `include` parameter on the browse endpoint and Admin wasn't formatting the include properly in snake_case
- solution:
- the only place we need associated email recipients is on the member details screen where they are used to show the email activity feed
- removing the `{embedded: 'always'}` option for the `member.emailRecipients` association stops `?include=email_recipients` being added automatically to every members request
- the member details screen explicitly adds `?include=email_recipients` so no further changes are needed
- activity feed will be changing to use proper event objects in the future and further optimisation can be made

- added `lastSeenAtUTC` property to member model
- added `last_seen_at` filter column handling to `<GhMembersListItemColumn>`
- uses same format as the "Created" column showing the date only and a "days ago" string
no issue
- part of ember upgrades
- removed all unnecessary usage of `.get`
- cleaned up imports where we had imports from the same module across multiple lines
- standardized on importing specific computed helpers rather than using `computed.foo`
- switched tests from using `wait()` to `settled()`

The subscriptions data on member - stripe.subscriptions - is flattened to top level subscriptions in v4 API. This PR -
- Updates model to use the new data structure
- Updates serializer to handle new data structure
- Updates references to subscriptions data
closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/12461
Design changes:
- added activity feed to member details page
- rearranged Stripe info to display on the right
- added toggle buttons for Stripe subscription and customer info
- added box to display activity feed for received and opened emails
Functionality changes:
- added `queryRecord()` to member adapter so `queryRecord('member', {id: x})` will hit `/members/:id/?query` instead of `/members/?id=x&query`
- updated member route to query member with `?include=email_recipients`
- added `EmailRecipient` model for access to event timestamps and email relationship setup
- added `<GhMemberActivityFeed>` component that accepts an `EmailRecipient` array and converts that into an activity list
- added support for `@model=emailInstance` to the email preview modal
- fixed a timing issue with email preview that could result in it showing blank content until the mobile/desktop toggle is used
- fixed sometimes blank member location

- added open-rate column to the members list
- hidden when email analytics is disabled
- added `{{feature "flag"}}` helper so feature flags can be checked in templates without injecting the feature service into the backing class
- added `order` query param to the members controller/route and wired it into the data fetching routine
- added order dropdown to the filter bar with "Newest" (default) and "Open rate" as the two options
- whole dropdown is hidden if email analytics is disabled

- added `geolocation` attribute to member model with json-string transform
- prevent geolocation from being sent back to the API in member serializer
- add "Location" column to members list
- if country is "US" then display "{State}, US" otherwise show full country name such as "United Kingdom"
- displays "-" if no geolocation data has been collected for the member

- Adds support for "Complimentary" plan toggle only when editing an existing member. The same functionality for adding a new member was left out intentionally for simplicity sake.

- We have a need to create a member manually, this changeset solves this problem.
- Added new member button to the member's screen
- Needed to be able to perform add member action
- Fixed inconsistent `createAt` naming. All models use consistent `createdAtUTC`, fixed it up so that members model follows the same pattern. If we want to change this pattern should probably happen for all models at once
- Fixed member avatar when creating a new member. If the values are completely empty the screen ends up being filled with empty space. Added some dummy initials which are recalculated once the member enters the name or an email
- Refactored DS naming for consistency. Nowhere else in the codebase 'DS' name is ever used, made this consistent
- Added missing validations in members form
- Simplified if conditions in the member list template. When using the if/esle statements unnecessary new-line symbols were inserted which made it hard to test. Also by using computed property view is much cleaner
- Updated member's model default value for `subscribed` to "true". It is turned on by default in the model layer on the backend (ref: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/blob/3.1.0/core/server/data/schema/schema.js#L330), this behavior is intended and should be the same on the frontend
