bad68bd7c2 fetch themes from /themes endpoint (#542)

- use `/themes` API endpoint to fetch list of themes instead of `settings[0].availableThemes`

- remove lodash from bower
- move all resources to /mirage instead of /app/mirage
- update endpoints to use ORM
