Fixed email footer text styling inconsistencies (#20063)

There was a bit of CSS in a media query aimed at other parts of the
newsletter template that was causing the footer styling to break. I
added some more specific styling for the footer as well, to make sure
span's within the `<p>` element are covered as well.

Usage

Develop

This is a monorepo package.

Follow the instructions for the top-level repo.

  1. git clone this repo & cd into it as usual
  2. Run yarn to install top-level dependencies.

Test

  • yarn lint run just eslint
  • yarn test run lint and tests
