Updated timestamp format for comments (#21515) 
ref https://linear.app/ghost/issue/PLG-235

- Any comments older than yesterday are now shown with the date instead of relative time
- Comments from the current year are now shown with just the month and day

i18n

i18n translations for Ghost

Develop

This is a monorepo package.

Follow the instructions for the top-level repo.

  1. git clone this repo & cd into it as usual
  2. Run yarn to install top-level dependencies.

Test

  • yarn lint run just eslint
  • yarn test run lint and tests
