Exposed dummy subscriptions to theme layer (#13257)

This updates the @tryghost/members-api module to return the full member
object from getMemberIdentityData, which is used to populate req.member
used by themes to construct the `@member` template data.

The full object is read from the service which handles all additional
properties and logic for retrieving members, including the dummy
subscriptions for comped members.

Acceptance Tests

This folder should only contain a set of basic API use cases.

The goal for acceptance tests is to keep test cases to basic usecases e.g. upload an image, schedule a post, download a theme. Otherwise tests should be written as a part of regression test suite.

Future improvement notes:

  • We probably need a differentiation for the acceptance tests for session and api_key authentication.
