Fabien "egg" O'Carroll b58dac262e Updated collections package to use .d.ts for external lib types 
Rather than using `require` we can add a type definition file, this allows us
to add custom types in the future if we want. We need to add some config for
ts-node to pick up the types correctly.

Usage

Develop

This is a monorepo package.

Follow the instructions for the top-level repo.

  1. git clone this repo & cd into it as usual
  2. Run yarn to install top-level dependencies.

Test

  • yarn lint run just eslint
  • yarn test run lint and tests
