closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1772 - The user facing side of comments recently replaced `bio` with `expertise`. - To remain consistent we replaced all the references of `bio` with `expertise` throughout the codebase. - This includes a database column name changing migration, within the `members` table. - Bumped up the comments-ui version to a new minor (0.10.x) as its a breaking change.
