🐛 Fixed email segment generation (#16182) 
fixes https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/2484

The flow only send the email to segments that were targeted in the email
content. But if a part of the email is only visible for `status:free`,
that doesn't mean we don't want to send the email to `status:-free`.
This has been corrected in the new email flow.

Manages how posts are sent via email

Usage

Develop

This is a monorepo package.

Follow the instructions for the top-level repo.

  1. git clone this repo & cd into it as usual
  2. Run yarn to install top-level dependencies.

Test

  • yarn lint run just eslint
  • yarn test run lint and tests
