no issue - updates `oauth2-ghost` authenticator to reflect the fact that `makeRequest` now returns a ember-ajax and matches the `oauth2` authenticator behaviour - handle `UnauthorizedError` errors in application route's error handler to avoid tests breaking from unhandled exceptions
