a54e048f41 niri-session: Unset environment variables 
Without this, logging out and then back in doesn't work because
WAYLAND_DISPLAY is left for some reason.

37cbed890f Add initial layer-shell implementation 
Those surfaces never receive mouse focus and always keyboard focus,
which may not be always good, but it'll do for now.
