Dustin Carlino 2321dc57f4 Upgrade osm2streets. 
This changes the RawMap format (increasing size now that derived
geometry is stored) and fixes some bus lanes.

The map_editor temporarily regresses in behavior -- intersection
geometry isn't constantly recalculated yet.
