* Implements a translation from JuvixAsm to JuvixTree. It does not work
in general, but works for all code generated from Juvix and all JuvixAsm
tests.
* Adds the `juvix dev tree from-asm` command.
* Adds tests automatically converted from JuvixAsm tests.
