Dead code elimination in JuvixReg (#2835)
* Closes #2827 
* Adds an optimization phase to the JuvixReg -> Casm pipeline, which
consists of repeated copy & constant propagation and dead code
elimination.

* Implements the copy propagation transformation in JuvixReg and adds
tests for it.
* For this optimization to give any improvement, we need to run dead
code elimination afterwards (#2827).

Replace polysemy by effectful (#2663)
The following benchmark compares juvix 0.6.0 with polysemy and a new
version (implemented in this pr) which replaces polysemy by effectful.

JuvixReg transformation: initialize variables assigned in other branches (#2650)
* Closes #2576 
* Adds a JuvixReg transformation `InitBranchVars` which inserts
assignments to initialize variables assigned in other branches. Assumes
the input is in SSA form (which is preserved).
* Adds tests for the `InitBranchVars` transformation.
* Depends on #2647

Transform JuvixReg into SSA form (#2646)
* Closes #2560 
* Adds a transformation of JuvixReg into SSA form.
* Adds an "output variable" field to branching instructions (`Case`,
`Branch`) which indicates the output variable to which the result is
assigned in both branches. The output variable corresponds to top of
stack in JuvixAsm after executing the branches. In the SSA
transformation, differently renamed output variables are unified by
inserting assignment instructions at the end of branches.
* Adds tests for the SSA transformation.
* Depends on #2641.

Refactor readFile and some parsers to use Path instead of FilePath (#2649)
Now the prelude exports this function:
```
readFile :: (MonadIO m) => Path Abs File -> m Text
readFile = liftIO . Utf8.readFile . toFilePath
```
It is more convenient to use because it uses typed `Path` and works in
any `MonadIO`.
