Paul Cadman 6639e64b64 Update Anoma nock library (#3119) ... This PR updates the Anoma nock library for Anoma node release 0.25.0. The nock locations for anoma lib functions do not change because the only changes to the Anoma lib are within the `og` layer (which we do not currently use).
