Paul Cadman 9a4c09ac77 Add missing juvix.yaml files to test project roots (#2474) ... If you have `juvix.yaml` file in a parent of the juvix source directory in your filesystem then some Compilation tests will fail. This is because the tests assume that the project root will be in the test directory. This PR just adds `juvix.yaml` files to those test directories to avoid this issue.
