fix(ui): use correct default read limit in permissions dialog
renderViewContent checked params.Limit != 2000 to skip showing
the line count at default, but the actual default is
tools.DefaultReadLimit (200). Replaced stale hardcoded 2000
with tools.DefaultReadLimit so the count is correctly hidden
at the actual default value.
