fix(flake): set vendorHash to null for committed vendor directory
buildGoModule detects a committed vendor/ directory and requires
vendorHash = null to use it as-is, rather than fetching deps.
The previous non-null hash was causing inconsistent vendoring errors
after go mod vendor was run.
