Fix qualified name handling in DAML REPL (#7544) * Fix qualified name handling in DAML REPL This fixes the issue reported in https://discuss.daml.com/t/how-to-use-qualified-template-names-in-repl-queries/1329/7 We need to print names qualified otherwise, the type signature for following lines will be ambiguous even if users qualified the name in their input.
