Moritz Kiefer 96b8651863 Drop orphaned vim syntax files (#12502) ... I didn’t even know alp existed and this is definitely not the right repo for Scala vim syntax defs. I’ve kept the daml def for now at least since it’s at least in the right repo even if unmaintained.
