* Deprecate ledger initialization with scenarios CHANGELOG_BEGIN [Sandbox] Initializing the sandbox with scenarios is now deprecated in favor of using DAML Script. The scenario parameter will be removed in the near future. A warning is logged on startup. The DAML SDK templates and quickstart guide are using DAML Script.
