* Remove manual stack update * Update rules_haskell * rules_haskell_worker_dependencies after bazel-haskell-deps * Update rules_haskell Windows patch * make cabal haddock optional * Don't generate Haddocks on stack_snapshot Fails with ghc-lib and takes more time to build.
