Moritz Kiefer 4f486623f1 Upgrade sphinx-autobuild dependencies (#6318) ... This PR upgrades the dependencies of sphinx-autobuild to address security vulnerabilities. I tested on Linux that the docs preview script which is the only user of sphinx-autobuild still works correctly. I’ve renamed default.nix to requirements.nix to match the name used by pypi2nix (otherwise you just have to rename it ant the end which is a bit stupid). I’ve also added a brief readme.
