ClosureConversion -> Suffix with "Old" CHANGELOG_BEGIN CHANGELOG_END ClosureConversion old-vs-new diff check ClosureConversionNew, first cut. All tests in SBuiltinTest work. In addition we change some Array --> List in SExpr1 (for human pp).
