Moritz Kiefer 53f25599d0 Send session ping telemetry messages (#3997) ... * Send session ping telemetry messages This PR adds telemetry information that is sent regularly (every 5 minutes) while users are active (they’ve opened, closed or changed a file). This allows us to track how long user sessions are. This PR does not include any additional information in the session ping but we plan to add more in the future.
