Sofia Faro 5234f8a544 Update .vscode/settings.json (#8425) ... * Update .vscode/settings.json The "files.useExperimentalFileWatcher" setting was deprecated at some point. I tried to add "files.watcherExcluded" to see if this will help with the extreme CPU usage issues on macOS. Also removed the "buck" exclusions since we don't use buck anymore as far as I know.
