* Expose libraries for integration testing purposes The motivation of these changes is to eliminate manual work and reduce duplication between the SDK and oem-integration-kit repos by reusing the same test fixture for integration testing participant state implementations. Also, the DARs required for running these tests won't need to be manually updated.
