The fonts were added (by mistake) anyway, but they are rarely changed, and the scripts add unnecessary complexity.
This also fixes some post- #11287 problems.

Summary of changes:
* `gui2` and `dashboard` are merged to `gui` directory. Various configs were merged (package.json, playwrigth, TS...). The src and e2e directories are split to `dashboard` and `project-view` for now.
* E2E tests run two servers on different ports. The tests are organized in projects. This is also to be changed soon, as we plan to [use better mocking in GUI/ProjectView](#9726)
* ESlint configs were merged to central `eslint.config.mjs`, and that file was moved to repository root. We kept the dashboard lints, but they can be relaxed. The dashboard code was changed to meet GUI lints.
* Also, the versions of linter plugins were bumped, and code fixed.
* The ide-desktop/client no longer has `dashboard` dependency - the only type used there was moved to common package.
* `common` package moved to `app`.
# Important Notes
The command to run the gui dev environment has been changed. Invoking the old command will print a message about that.
From now on, use `pnpm dev:gui2` in repository root.

# Important Notes
From now on, package installation will be using `pnpm install`. Installing it globally is fine for convenience, but it can also be used as `corepack pnpm install` without having to install anything other than node. For now, all other scripts are still invoked using `npm`, so we can still invoke them with usual `--workspace` setting. As far as I can tell that doesn't really have any other side effects and is identical as running the script through `pnpm run` in respective workspace project subdirectory.
- Synchronize Y.Js clients by AST (implements #8237).
- Before committing an edit, insert any parentheses-nodes needed for the concrete syntax to reflect tree structure (fixes#8884).
- Move `externalId` and all node metadata into a Y.Map owned by each `Ast`. This allows including metadata changes in an edit, enables Y.Js merging of changes to different metadata fields, and will enable the use of Y.Js objects in metadata. (Implements #8804.)
### Important Notes
- Metadata is now set and retrieved through accessors on the `Ast` objects.
- Since some metadata edits need to take effect in real time (e.g. node dragging), new lower-overhead APIs (`commitDirect`, `skipTreeRepair`) are provided for careful use in certain cases.
- The client is now bundled as ESM.
- The build script cleans up git-untracked generated files in an outdated location, which fixes lint errors related to `src/generated` that may occur when switching branches.
This PR adds a native aarch64 target to our release process.
It also includes refactoring of workflow generation and minor tweaks:
* removing some workarounds in the generated action code that are not needed anymore;
* some version bumps that are harmless;
* release builds have cleaning enabled unconditionally.
This is a prerequisite for adding a CI action for E2E tests.

- Switch dashboard almost fully to Vite, from ESBuild, to match GUI2's build tooling.

- Group sorted assets by type again (regression) (see https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/554)
- Make sorting by title, case insensitive. This is because it is more intuitive for non-programmers if all items with uppercase names *aren't* separated from those with lowercase names - especially since the Windows FS is case-insensitive.
- Normalization of Unicode letters is *not* currently being done. It can potentially be added later.
- Double-clicking *anywhere* on a directory row now expands it. Previously it was only being expanded when double clicking
- Add recursive label adding/removal to mirror backend
- Note: The current implementation is not exactly the same as the backend's implementation.
- Fix https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/872
- Unset "saved project details" (for opening the last open project) if fetching it produces an error.
# Important Notes
- All tests pass. (run `npm run test:e2e` in `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard`)
- All `npm` commands should be run in `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard`. `dashboard:*` npm scripts have been removed from `app/ide-desktop` to prevent a mess.
- `npm run dev` confirmed to still work. Note that it has not been changed as it was already using Vite.
- `npm run build` now uses `vite build`. This has been tested using a local HTTP server that supports `404.html`.
- Other cases have been tested:
- `npm run test:e2e` works (all tests pass)
- `./run ide build` works
- `./run ide watch` works
- `./run ide2 build` works
- `./run gui watch` works

- Extends `simple-httpbin` with a simple mock of the Cloud API (currently it checks the token and serves the `/users` endpoint).
- Renames `simple-httpbin` to `http-test-helper`.
- Closes#8111 by making sure that all Excel workbooks are read using a backing file (which should be more memory efficient).
- If the workbook is being opened from an input stream, that stream is materialized to a `Temporary_File`.
- Adds tests fetching Table formats from HTTP.
- Extends `simple-httpbin` with ability to serve files for our tests.
- Ensures that the `Infer` option on `Excel` format also works with streams, if content-type metadata is available (e.g. from HTTP headers).
- Implements a `Temporary_File` facility that can be used to create a temporary file that is deleted once all references to the `Temporary_File` instance are GCed.

The purpose of this PR is to introduce the testing framework - more tests can be added later in separate PRs.
# Important Notes
To test, run `npm run test` in `app/ide-desktop`, or `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard/`. All tests should pass.
Individual test types can be run using `npm run test-unit`, `npm run test-component` and `npm run test-e2e` in `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard/`.
Individual end-to-end tests can be run using `npx playwright test -c playwright-e2e.config.ts test-e2e/<file name>.spec.ts` in `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard/`.
End-to-end tests require internet access to pass (for things like fonts).
This PR *does* check in screenshots to guard against visual regessions (and/or to make visual changes obvious)
This PR adds support for the new Vue-based GUI (aka `gui2`).
The user-facing changes are primarily:
* support for `./run gui2` and `./run ide2` commands (that build just the new GUI and the whole IDE package with new GUI embedded — respectively);
* the top-level `test` and `lint` commands will now invoke the relevant commands on the new GUI

# Important Notes
- Binary LS endpoint is not yet handled.
- The parsing of provided source is not entirely correct, as each line (including imports) is treated as node. The usage of actual enso AST for nodes is not yet implemented.
- Modifications to the graph state are not yet synchronized back to the language server.

Fixes a bug where read-only files would be overwritten if File.write was used in backup mode, and added tests to avoid such regression. To implement it, introduced a `is_writable` property on `File`.
**Note**: This PR also contains content of previous Grid View PR. We decided to discard the previous, because this one did some refactoring of old one, and it's not a big addition.
Added a scrollable::GridView component, which just embeds the GridView in ScrollArea. Also, re-worked the idea of text layers.

This PR contains all work for finishing integration of first Component List Panel in the IDE:
* It adds a stub for the whole Component Browser View. The documentation panel is re-used from the old searcher.
* It has the presenter implementation, integrating the view with Hierarchical Component List from the controller.
* It extends the View API, so the integration is possible, making use of Component Group Set wrapper.
* The selection integration was also merged into this PR, because it depended on the API extension mentioned above. However, we should avoid such practice in the future.

There are some known issues, to-be-fixed in the future.
* The performance is bad. It should be improved with new text::Area, and the decent one shall come with [GridView inside component browser](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/182561072)
* There is no keyboard navigation. It should also be delivered with [GridView](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/182561072).
* The Favorites section is not [filtered out by node source type](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/182661634).
